Day Three of Learning Service

Today the children stamped the presents. I gave them each a strip of white cardstock to stamp a row of presents on. We used seven different colors of stamp pads, (you only see three of the colors we used). The children then used a square punch to punch out the purple background for the present to go on. The children loved stamping the presents and now have started asking when do they get to take the cards home. I had to explain to then again how we were giving the cards to a care center where lots of grandpas and grandmas live. The cards will be given out for birthdays, just kind thoughts, and to families as the parents graduate to the next life. This made them think this was OK again. Then realizing they were going to make a flower to go onto a card for their mothers was helpful.

Enjoy! Have a Razzle Dazzle Stamping time:)

So fun -- those little guys are so lucky to have you teaching them not only their ABC's etc., but service as well. Some won't get that anywhere else. Love it!
